We at Exercise Therapy take a 3 dimensional approach to Training/Treating you.
The first emphasis of our Training/Treatment is placed on the nervous system. More specifically trying to achieve balance (homeostasis) between the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems, which will help to create a more calm, pain free and relaxed you. We achieve this first goal using the Principles of AAT™ , developed by Physical Therapist Scott Musgrave,MSPT. and Ernie Quinlisk PT.
The second emphasis is to balance your body. We believe that your body will funcion better in doing whatever you want it to do if you are balanced, left to right, top to bottom and front to back. Here we use the Principles of TMR™ developed by Physical Therapist Tom Dalonso-Baker MSPT, it is a unique way to teach you how to balance yourself any time without no equipment for a more functional you.
The third approach is using the Principles of AFS™ developed by Physical Therapist Gary Gray PT. We use this technique to teach you how the total body functions in total movement, or in 3 dimentions. Your body will thank you for it.
